The living room has a large flat screen television and full size couch with sleeper sofa for that 7th person if you want to bring an extra friend or family member.

The dining area seats 4 at the table and 3 at the counter for a total of 7.

Located directly on the ocean you are only a couple minutes from condo to the sandy beach, or just a couple steps from the 8 foot balcony with the ocean front view.

We also feature NO HASSLE PARKING .... you can always find a space and not have to walk a mile to get to and from your car.

Our condo association prohibits motorcycles and golf carts on property.

The is a non smoking / no pets allowed unit due to owners allergies.

During June and July we operate strictly on a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule but during the rest of the year we allow 3 - 5 night minimum stays depending on the season.
